We are assisting a local company in their search for a complaint resolution specialist. An Complaint Resolution Specialist is personally responsible for reviewing borrower and third party inquires and complaints, researching facts surrounding those inquiries and carefully drafting a response to the inquiries within the required time frames. Must be able to review incoming letters, review account details and investigate complaints and inquires specific to issues raised in the complaints, Draft and revise complaint response to borrower or third party, communicate with borrowers, clients, and various other departments, Identifies high-level complaints, and notify management in a timely manner. Employee must be Proficient with word/excel/internet; Knowledge of PC hardware/software operation required for complaint research, documentation and archives. Customer service experience is also a plus. EOE
