Desktop Support Technician
Titusville company is looking for a Desktop Support Technician for a busy Financial Institute. Will be providing support for end-users with desktop, phone, printer, email, mobile devices and remote support. Will maintain inventory of supplies, maintain and monitor backup systems, perform server, workstation installations and patching and upgrades, install & monitor network hardware and software applications, interface with vendors for support services, analyze and recommend company processes and procedures in search of ways to integrate technology. Must have time management skills, ability to multi-task, organizational skills and excellent communication skills. Candidate must have Bachelors degree in computer science, or 2 years experience. Experience with Windows server 2008, 2012 server administration, with Desktop OS'S consisting of Windows 10, 7, managing Active Directory, with network protocols & switching, network firewalls and internet filtering, cloud applications, storage concepts & hosted exchange. Must be able to understand the latest SQL database administration and application technology, SharePoint, Amazon Glacier, EC2, Rackspace Public and Hybrid Cloud, Google Apps for Business. Must have clean criminal background & drug free. Pay is $12/hr. Shift Mon-Fri 8am-5pm. Please submit resume. EOE.
