Executive Assistant/Office Manager
Mercer County company is looking for an Experience Executive Assistant/Office Manager to join their team. Must have solid work history with a minimum of 5 years in an Executive/Management role. Responsibilities include, but not limited to: *Preparation and maintenance of corporate agendas, minutes and other corporate documents. *Coordinates with accountant on processing of all account receivables and payables and maintenance of revolving loan fund accounts. *Provides financial management functions in support of the Mercer County Industrial Development Authority and Shenango Valley Industrial Development Corp, and others as assigned. *Directly supports the President/CEO and staff with administrative functions of the Mercer and Shenango Valley Industrial Development Corp. *Directly assists the President/CEO and staff with the implementation of the marketing programs, mailing of marketing materials, and follow-up functions. *Coordinates schedules of staff members, committees and meetings of the corporation *Responsible for database management of Membership, Board of Directors and Committee Rosters *Provides clerical support to the staff as needed. *Actively adheres to Corporations core values of honesty, respect, integrity, responsibility and accountability. College or business school training preferred, but not required. Computer skills including, Word, Excel, Access, Powerpoint, and related software applications required. Experience with basic accounting functions, Peachtree Software or equivalent, basic account receivables and payables, and related accounting functions required. MUST have strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task Must have an extremely professional appearance, with excellent customer service and phone skills.
