Office Manager needed! This company is a busy electrical contractor, looking for a candidate with very strong administrative skills along with basic knowledge of electrical and construction. Ideal candidate will have a solid work history with minimum of 5 years in an office setting. Looking for very assertive, and professional individual. Must have advanced computer and excel knowledge and be extremely organized to keep accurate record keeping. Will be receiving/reviewing orders from customers, receiving in materials, checking orders for accuracy, talking to new and existing customers, and other miscellaneous duties as assigned. Will be assisting with payroll entry, QuickBooks knowledge preferred. Must be willing to travel to different states on occasion to visit customers. Continued education/training as needed with growing and changing industries and guidelines of business. Must have clean criminal background & drug free. Please submit resume.
