Candidate is responsible for all handling of materials from start to finish, this includes ensuring material are available to meet internal and external customer requirements while working within constraints of the business. Candidate is accountable for overall inventory position of assigned items; complying with company goals; assist in negotiations of contracts with strategic suppliers; negotiate better pricing from suppliers; expedite any parts that are needed ASAP; become designated point of contact between suppliers and factory; discuss defective goods with inspection or QC personnel; develop annual objective; Along with other duties as needed.
