1st shift Direct hire for Customer Service Representative needed in Fairview. Some job duties of the candidate would be communicating with customers by phone, email or in person concerning new or existing orders, returns, shipments or products. Quote orders and follow through with customers to ensure requirements are met. Receive, process and enter orders. Initiate sample requests for new projects. communicate to customer and concerns or issues, make changes or cancellations to Purchase orders as needed. Initiate inventory requests. Maintain customer database. Handle customer complaints, concerns and requests. Notify the Quality Manager of any complaints for ISO documentation. Must be fluent with a computer, fax machine, copier, calculator, phone, scale and printer. Team player with excellent communication skills. Candidate will have interaction with many levels of personnel within the organization. 35-40K depending on experience.
