This is a temporary position, that could become long term for the right candidate!! Full time, day shift $15/hr. Will be responsible for supporting end users, desktops, phone, email and remote support. Including assisting, deploying infrastructure projects, maintain inventory of supplies and spare parts, OEM license management, supporting infrastructure/engineering teams, perform workstation installations patching and upgrades, install, maintain, and monitor software applications, interface with vendors for support. Must have ability to multi-task and prioritize, good organization skills, ability to identify issues and create resolutions, excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong background in problem solving. QUALIFICATIONS: 2 years experience, experience with Desktop OS'S consisting of Windows 10,7. Managing Active Directory, Experience with network protocols & switching, Could platform experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure a big plus, Cloud application experience O365, MIMECAST, OKTA, CASB a big plus.
