Career Concepts is looking for entry level fragrance compounders/production workers to work in an aromatics company. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented. Forklift and manufacturing experience is preferred but not required. Willing to train! Responsibilities

• Packaging finished goods
• Replenishing Raw Material Inventory as Necessary
• Operating Drum Lifter
• Use of Forklift/Fork Truck/Pallet Jack
• Ensure consistent quality product is being produced
• Follow all policies and procedures
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace
• Follow directions from supervisor
• Communicate any issues with supervisors

Qualifications and Skills

• Must Have the Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment
• Must Work Accurately
• Must Have Good Attendance
• Must Submit to Background Check and Drug Screen
• Must Have Steel Toe Boots/Shoes

Benefits/Compensation

• Full Time
• First Shift (Monday through Friday 7 am to 3:30 pm)
• Pay Rate is $12.25 per hour
• Pay Increase After 90 Days – Based on Performance
• Overtime Available
• Casual Dress Code – Shorts OK
• Weekly pay while employed through Career Concepts
