Inspector Helper - Technician

JOB DESCRIPTION

Are you looking for an exciting New Career? Our Client is Now Hiring Inspection Technicians in Oil City, Pa for above ground storage tanks in the petroleum and chemical industries. You will learn how inspections are performed using precise instrumentation, equipment and experienced personnel. You will assist in the inspection of above ground storage tanks across the country! Technical training is a plus. Excessive traveling, sometimes gone for 2 weeks at a time. Training will be provided by the company. You MUST Pass a Background check and Drug Screen. Starting wage is $14 an hour plus $40 a day per diem for food and entertainment. There is massive room for growth with this company!

Responsibilities

• Assisting the Inspector with any tools or assignment given
• Must be able to get a TWIC card
• Learning how to use the instruments properly
• Filling out paperwork
• Must be OK with Heights and Confined Spaces
• Must be OK with Excessive Travel
• Operate company vehicle safely
• Operate all equipment safely

Qualifications and Skills

• Must Pass Background Check
• Must Have Excellent Attendance
• Must Have Good Written and Oral Communication Skills
• Must have High School Diploma/GED
• Must Pass Drug Screen
• Must be able to get TWIC Card
• CDL Experience is a bonus!
• Forklift, Warehouse, and Manufacturing experience is preferred
