Full time position as a Project Coordinator. A Project Coordinator manages utility-related projects for clients allowing them to meet their business goals and timelines. Duties include providing outstanding customer service to business clients via phone, email or video conferencing. Analyzing client invoices and contracts. Interfacing with multiple telecome carriers, cellular providers, gas and electric suppliers via phone and email. Requirements: Desire to learn in a fast paced and lively environment. Have superior communication skills including telephone aptitude, ability to interface with clients, vendors and other company staff. Energetic and outgoing. Proficient with numbers, computer literate and familiar with MicroSoft Office Suite. 2+ years of customer service or related experience.
